Refunds are reviewed based on order status, payment status and product condition because Putharekulu is a perishable food product.

Eligible cases

• Payment captured but order could not be fulfilled.
• Wrong product or damaged package reported with supporting details.
• Cancellation accepted before fulfilment begins.

How to request help

Share the order number and issue details with support. Approved refunds are processed back through the original payment route where applicable.
